I am a practising Buddhist and spiritual person. I do not consider myself religious ( not that there's any thing wrong with that!). If something works for someone to help them in life I'm all for it. We all have our own unique connection to "The Source" focus on the positive & it will work out!

eh! I share a home with my Wonderful partner Robyn of 26 years.It wasnt always easy starting out as a young couple with a child being children ourselves 20 & 22 yrs old.
Our first child was a son Calvin then 4 yrs later a daughter Erin. They are a HUGE source of JOY in my LIFE! 2 yrs later a wonderful being who walked on four legs named Chase would become a part of our family for the next 17 years , he would be a great source of unconditional Love & Joy in my life.

I wasn't the most supportive mate in the early years of our relationship being in the party dude phase of my life meant that I put me 1st a lot of the time.
Then there was the hard financial times when we struggled to get by & Robyn was there for me emotionally.
There were times when I had problems with my Family of Origin not agreeing with my choices or respecting my life partner. Yet we perservered and got through these challenges. I have learned to respect & appreciate Robyn for her qualities & intuitive ability even when we don't see eye to eye!

I started meditating & studying buddhism 6 years ago. This changed my life in a Big Way.Some of the wonderful changes that began to transform my life were opening up the creative part of myself I was not exploring . Becoming more in tune with my inner being & of course being attracted to The Secret has brought some wonderful cchanges to my life.

My interests are guitar, songwriting ,
KiAikido ( the art of non resistance) for the last 5 years this is an amazing practice that is non-competitve & promotes calmness in every aspect of your life.It is also in line with the Buddhist view.
I enjoy reading & travel. Also reading while traveling!
I am presently sponsoring a youth in Senegal, his name is Marcel. As my Abundance continues to grow I will sponsor more people in need of positive change & support.

I wake up in the morning to look out my front door at the Pacific Ocean . I go to my Meditation \ Awakening Space to do my strecthing Yoga\Ki Akido movements before meditating.
I come out to see my beautiful soulmate enjoying the view of the Ocean from our Magnificent House & rural setting in the Gulf Islands.This is where we live for the Spring & Summer months enjoying the Equinox & Solstice.

We begin eating our breakfast& dicussing the joyous journey that is our life. After breakfast we head off to the studio to play music or record our musical or literal connection the Source.We take these inspirations & share them with the world as we continue to grow in all areas of our exsistence.

As we enjoy Abundance in all areas we teach & guide others to live in abundance in all areas of their life helping them to realize this is possible for them.
In doing this I create a strong connection to "the Source" following my bliss as I travel this journey we call Life!

Come Fall & into Winter we travel to warmer climes to enjoy the Warmth of People from different cultures & origins.
I travel the Earth learning from other cultures seeing the similarities we all share as sentient beings.

This includes selfless acts of giving without any expectation of returns ( this is called Dana in Buddhism).
One of these acts will be creating a centre for Awareness available to folks from all walks of life.
Many teachers come to provide new views & guidance to the students in a loving caring environment.
As we allow these views to permeate our being we see how we are all connected to Source.
